1. Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 10-20 business days
  • Australia: 15-25 business days

2. Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping fees*: 
  • Greece: €5
  • Europe: €20 
  • United States: €50
  • Australia: €20 

*All the shipping fees increase based on the weight of the bags.

3. Tracking & Order Issues

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Customs & Import Duties

• Customers outside the EU (e.g., USA, Australia) may be required to pay customs fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• United States
  Due to recent changes in international shipping regulations, customs duties, and carrier costs, all shipments to the USA are handled only through premium courier services with full insurance and tracking.
